cancellation and refund

For any issues related to a third-party module, customers are required to contact the author of the application through our claims platform. Access to our support platform can be attained through the following methods:

1. The email received upon module purchase (screenshot).

2. The sales order received post module purchase (screenshot).

3. The module page accessible upon logging in with the purchasing account (screenshot).

Note: If no resolution is reached between parties within 15 days, either party may request Krishna E Cosmic Solutions' intervention (refer to our refund policy for further details).

Third-party apps can only be installed on Krishna E Cosmic Solutions SH and On-Premise databases. They cannot be installed on Online (SaaS) databases. Prior to purchasing any module, customers must ensure their database is hosted on a platform allowing third-party app installation (Krishna E Cosmic Solutions SH and On-Premise). For assistance in determining the hosting platform, customers can contact their Krishna E Cosmic Solutions Sales Representative or email Apps support at support@krishnaecosmicsolutions.com

For queries regarding the Krishna E Cosmic Solutions version in use, customers can refer to this forum post.

Claims are permissible within the first two months post-purchase. The refund process is outlined as follows:

1. The customer initiates a support request to the application author via the designated button on their order page.

2. The vendor is given 15 days from this date to address the claim, resolve the issue, and/or reach an agreement.

3. In the absence of an agreement between parties after 15 days, either party may request Krishna E Cosmic Solutions' intervention to determine refund eligibility.

Every issue encountered by the customer within the initial two months of purchase must adhere to the same process.

Customers will be eligible for a refund if any of the following criteria are met, provided they agree to cease using the application and delete all copies:

- The issue pertains to an unresolved bug.

- The module lacks an advertised feature.

- The module fails to install correctly on the advertised version.

- The module violates Vendor Apps Guidelines.

- The module's license is incorrect.

- The purchase is fraudulent or involves a stolen credit card.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions are met:

- The claim relates to a new, unadvertised feature.

- The module had a bug that the publisher resolved following the claim.

- The module functions correctly but does not meet the customer's specific needs.

- The customer's database is hosted on a Krishna E Cosmic Solutions online instance.

- The customer purchased the incorrect version of the application for their database.

Note: Upon issuing a refund, customers have 30 days to validate or accept it.
